Approving Orders

Users can order items that they would like to download. When they submit that order, the system administrator will receive a new order email with the order number, items that were ordered, and user information. The administrator will be able to click on the order number to open the Memat admin page where they can approve the order. If you’re logged in as an administrator on your Memat digital archive on the same browser you will be able to view the user and order details again, along with the item thumbnails.
As an administrator, you can choose to release the high res media items to the user or engage with them directly to ask questions. To approve an order, click on the drop-down arrow in the status bar, change the status from processing to complete, and finally click on update to commit those changes. The order has been approved, the user will receive an email letting them know they will have access to download high res versions.
